Total trip time = 2.5 hrs

We dropped off the shuttle vehicle at the roadside parking area, then proceeded 12.5 km up the road to the put-in. There we discovered a set of rapids that had not been noted on our description of the route! The water was low, but the line looked evident. We put in, then headed for the biggest downstream 'V'. Made it almost all the way through without touching a rock, until near the end of the run. We stayed center/left all the way down.

Enough excitement for one day! The rest of the trip was straight paddling into a slight headwind. It got cold and dark quickly, and we just made it off the river before dark. Kind of a dreary season closer, but great to be out on the water in November; except for Sylvie's soaker!!
