8. Route map: Our campsite is shown in red. Steve, Lisa, and Ted dropped Sylvie off at the Boat Dock, where she hiked the Point Trail, back to the Boat Dock, then to the Gatehouse, then the Sylvan Trail to the Day Use Beach. We continued on the canoe route via Hogg Bay to McParlan House, then portaged through to Loon Lake, then through to Noble Bay to the Day Use Beach where we picked up Sylvie. We all then continued onward, completing the loop back to the campsite.

Total distance paddled = 16km
